14-Day Sun's Out, Gun's Out Challenge

The perfect way for you to get ready for summer! Focus on YOU for 14 days.

Achieve as many of these things as you can each day for 14 days:

  • Avoid Eating Sugar
  • Avoid Eating Flour
  • Eat 8 Servings of Veggies/Day
  • At least 20mins of focus intense exercise
  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • Share your experience socially using #sogochallenge

When you do any of these, you've Made it! and should share what you did by posting to your challenge team in the MakeMe app. You'll earn points for your team every time you Make it! in the app and extra points for proving it with a photo and location!

Once the Challenge starts on ---------, you'll see the Team Leaderboard here. 

Points:

  • Earn 3 points each time you Make It!
  • Earn 1 point for adding a photo when you Make It!
  • Earn 1 point for adding a location when you Make It!
  • Team totals are the sum of points earned by all team members.
  • Teams can earn a maximum of 35 points per day.
